Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of Word Rizzler. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refund requests on our behalf in line with its Refund Policy.

3. How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout to request a refund or manage your subscription.
• Or email us at justtalkenglish@gmail.com and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use credits or subscription features immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right for services already supplied. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above is more generous than this statutory minimum.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings or via the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; past billing periods are non-refundable beyond the 30-day window above.
